Put the bottom band on first. With the silver ring in the front

Then straighten the short back band (which you will be able to tell which one that is with it having the most spikes and a clothing tag on the back of it.)

Once you’ve straightened the back band the two side bands will start to cross over each other; creating the pentagram star.

When the pentagram star is visible, you will be able to pull the top harness over your head and have the pentagram in the front and the back band in the back.
